This shallow waterfront, 3 bedroom cottage is spacious enough for most families at approximately 1200 square feet, but is also cozy enough to retain that "cottage feel". It is only 10 minutes from beaches, two Provincial Parks, Bruce Trail and to Tobermory where you'll find restaurants, ice cream shoppes, fishing charters, scuba diving lessons, an art gallery, glass bottom boat cruises to Flowerpot Island, sunset dinner cruises to Manitoulin Island, regular and mini golf, bank, LCBO etc.
The recent renovations to the cottage includes a new covered porch and entry way that also serves as a sunroom for quiet reading away from the main part of the cottage. The kitchen has new cupboards, countertops, breakfast bar, ceramic floor and appliances, including a dishwasher. The deck off the kitchen has a BBQ and patio furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by beautiful pink roses. The dining room seats 6 in front of a professionally-installed Napoleon woodstove against an exposed brick wall. Our new living room has a vaulted ceiling with fan, electric fireplace, flatscreen 32" satellite TV with DVD & VCR. "Kid's bedroom" has TV with N64. The patio doors from this room take you out to a second deck where you can sip a "cold beverage" while soaking in the HOT TUB and enjoying the lake view. We own the wooded lot next door and, with only one neighbour, it is very private.
There is lots of room to roam outside the cottage, including a large lawn area for outdoor games. The kids can enjoy the wooden play center with swings and slide. Toast marshmallows around the firepit and enjoy the night sky, or take the rowboat (included) out for some fishing in the calm waters of Eagle Harbour (leads out to Lake Huron).
Take some time out of your busy schedule to relax, unwind and enjoy some quality time with family and friends. You won't want to leave!

*$65 Cleaning Charge is extra during the summer months. You are required to clear out the fridge and remove all personal items and garbage.
**$100 Cleaning Deposit in the spring & fall, if the cleaner is not available. The deposit is returned approximately two weeks after your return, upon satisfactory report from the family going into the cottage after you.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must stay off the furniture and owner MUST clean up after them.
